St. Agnes homestead is a picturesque heritage property, restored to its original charm, providing premium bed and breakfast or executive retreat accommodation on a magnificent 6 acre setting conveniently located only one hour from Melbourne and 25 minutes from Daylesford.

St. Agnes is not your typical B&B. Nestled amongst 6 acres of woodland garden, vineyard, tennis court and pond, the rural atmosphere ensures that once inside the gate, you will want to simply stay, unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

We offer 3 smart lodgings in our large 1870’s homestead. Chose from...
• The handsome, neutral toned Groom’s Retreat with open fireplace and claw foot bath and views over the eastern lawn and vineyard.
• The French Provincial style self contained Flynn Apartment where the kitchen even has a bright red AGA stove (fit for any keen ‘foodie’), a bedroom with chandelier and a sitting room with fireplace, large bathroom and laundry.
• Ideal for a longer stay, the Gallery Rooms comprise 2 bedrooms, sitting room with OFP, sunny conservatory, gallery and bathroom.

All include breakfast and provisions. All have tranquil views over the sprawling lawn, vineyard and pond toward the township of Kyneton.

A short stroll will take you straight down to Piper street with its famous restaurants, eclectic boutiques and coffee shops.

For those special occasions, our garden or stables area can be used to make each occasion truly individual and memorable. There is also the formal Dining room for functions or executive meetings and our bluestone cellar is stocked with St. Agnes Homestead merlot.
